TCAT Memphis is a unique project with two proposed buildings on two existing, developed and adjacent sites. These two new buildings will be utilized to ensure the expansion of workplace vocational training for future generations and to further broaden the offerings of vocational training programs to meet the ever-changing labor needs of the community going forward.
